Services. In April 2008, my six year old Gateway computer needed some troubleshooting with recommendations as to whether a new system would be needed. Chad took a look and submitted a very reasonable upgrade with a disc clean up at a fraction of a new system cost. All work came with a guarantee and he is there to answer questions along with some training if needed. I have been using my computer every night since and had no problems.
